Solution

       

       There are many simple and complex solutions to help someone overcome their insecurities. One of the more simpler ways is to write in a journal. Studies show that when people write out their feelings, things tend to get better because they are admitting what the problem is. Even just talking to a friend, family member, or therapist could help.
